Your first consultation
The first consultation helps us understand your needs and work out which service may suit you. You can describe your situation and ask questions before deciding how to proceed.
Consultations take place at our office or by video call and last around 30 minutes. The same team handles both formats.
Before the meeting, make a note of your priorities and gather any documents that may help explain your request. You do not need to send them with your initial enquiry.
To request an appointment, complete the contact form and select your preferred format. Our team will confirm the date and time by email.
If you need to move an appointment, reply to the confirmation email. Any further work is discussed separately after the first consultation.

Travel expenses procedure
This procedure covers expenses for approved business trips. Agree the trip with your manager before booking transport or accommodation.
Use the expense claim form in the shared Forms folder. Enter the trip dates, destination and business purpose, then list each expense separately.
Attach a readable receipt for every expense claimed. Keep the original receipts until Administration has completed its checks.
Send the completed form and attachments to Administration by the fifth day of the month following the trip. If anything is missing, Administration will contact you before processing the claim.
For a lost receipt or an expense not covered by this procedure, ask Administration which supporting documents are needed. Do not submit the same expense twice.

Product guide · Exporting data
The customer directory lets you search by name, filter by status and open individual records. Changes to a record are saved separately from exports.
To download the customer list, open Customers, select Export in the top toolbar and choose CSV. Your browser downloads a file that can be opened in a spreadsheet.
The file contains the columns enabled for export in your workspace. The order of the rows follows the sort order selected in the directory.
Active filters also apply to exports. Clear all filters before exporting if you need the complete customer list.
Exporting does not change or delete customer records. If the Export command is unavailable, ask your workspace administrator to check your permissions.
