You choose the content and who can use it.
What should I add first?
Start with a clear, up-to-date page about a service, product or frequently asked question. Documents are available from the Lite subscription plan. You can add more content as you go.
Can I keep Yumi private for my team?
Yes, from the Lite subscription plan. Only people you authorize can sign in and use a private assistant. Keep internal documents separate from information meant for your customers.
How is my information used?
digitalCode manages the systems that store and process your content. To write an answer, Yumi sends the question, the conversation context and relevant passages to an external AI service. It does not send your whole document library with each question.
