What if I use all my monthly credits?
From Lite, you can buy extra credits as often as needed, without waiting for the next month. You can also enable automatic top-ups with a spending cap. Start customers can move to Lite or a higher plan. For regularly higher usage, consider a higher plan; for dedicated capacity and infrastructure, talk to us about Akiko.
Do I need to buy or install hardware?
No. Yumi is a hosted service. You manage sources, assistants and access from your browser. Embedding it on your website requires adding the widget code.
Can I use Yumi with private documents?
From the Lite subscription plan, you can upload documents and use private assistants with sign-in and assigned permissions. Yumi uses a cloud model to generate answers. If processing must remain within a dedicated environment, talk to us about Akiko.
Can it answer only from the information I provide?
Yumi retrieves relevant passages from the sources assigned to each assistant and uses them to support its answers. References make checking easier, but AI can still make mistakes. Test your assistant on real questions before sharing it.
What happens after I create an account?
Verify your email, set up your organization, choose a plan and complete activation. Then add your sources and configure your first assistant. Creating an account does not activate a paid subscription by itself.
