From Lite, buy extra credits in your dashboard as often as you need, without waiting for the next monthly renewal.
For regularly higher usage, choose a plan with more included credits, assistants and features. Start customers can move to Lite or above.
For higher volumes or specific infrastructure and data requirements, we can scope a dedicated Akiko environment around your needs.
How to activate Yumi
Register and verify your email. You can then access your dashboard.
Confirm your organization name and plan, add your billing details and complete payment.
Add pages or documents allowed by your plan. Test your assistant, then share its link or add it to your website.
Every plan includes credits for preparing your content and answering questions. Longer documents and more complex requests use more credits, so credits are not a fixed number of messages.
From Lite, buy extra credits in your dashboard, including multiple top-ups in the same month, or enable automatic top-ups with a spending cap you choose. Purchased credits become available after payment is confirmed. Processing pauses if the available balance is insufficient.

No. Yumi is a hosted service. You manage sources, assistants and access from your browser. Embedding it on your website requires adding the widget code.
From the Lite subscription plan, you can upload documents and use private assistants with sign-in and assigned permissions. Yumi uses a cloud model to generate answers. If processing must remain within a dedicated environment, talk to us about Akiko.
Yumi retrieves relevant passages from the sources assigned to each assistant and uses them to support its answers. References make checking easier, but AI can still make mistakes. Test your assistant on real questions before sharing it.
Verify your email, set up your organization, choose a plan and complete activation. Then add your sources and configure your first assistant. Creating an account does not activate a paid subscription by itself.
